What you will need
- 2 red onions
- 200 ml stock vinegar
- 100 ml water
- 100 gram sugar

Step 1: Cut the onions
Cut the onions how you like it, or find inspiration in our guide how to cut onions.
Step 2: Boil water, vinegar and sugar
Bring water, vinegar and sugar to boil in a pot. Cook for at least 3 minutes or until all sugar is vanished.
Step 3: Fill container with onions
Add the onions to a container or jar. Then add the mixture to the container and close the lid.
Step 4: Let it marinate
Let it be in the container in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.
