Nice and tasty cheddar cheese bagel with egg salad and pickled red onions. See our how to guide on pickled red onions.

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes (hard boiled) |

Take of the peel and mix together with a fork. Add Mayonnaise, curry, salt and pepper. Taste it and add more if needed. |

Put the bagels in the oven for 5 minutes or until warm. Then add the eggs to the bagel and put some delicious pickled red onions on top. |
