Ribeye Steak
By Today's Ingredients
Perfect medium Ribeye Steak with french fries. Cook the steak for around 8-10 minutes to reach the required temperature of 53-54°C for a medium steak.

Take out the ribeye at least 30 minutes before hand. To let it reach room temperature. |

Put a pan on the stove and turn on the heat to medium hot. |

Take some olive oil and gently put a little on the steaks. Season with salt and pepper. |

Now put the steak on the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes on each side. |

Turn the heat down to low. And cook the steak for 1 minute on each side. Now the temperature should have reached 53-54°C. (Check with a thermometer to be sure) |

Let the steak rest for at least 5-8 minutes before cutting or serving. |
