Lemon pasta with mascarpone

Easy to follow recipe for pasta with lemon and mascarpone. We use fresh pasta in recipe, but you can use the pasta that you like.

Bring water to boil and salt the water. |

Put the pasta in the boiling water and cook it al dente. |

Grate lemon peel into a bowl. Add mascarpone, salt and pepper and mix it together. |

Remove the water from the pasta when it's done. Add a splash of olive oil to the pasta with some basil leaves. |

Now add the mascarpone lemon sauce to the pasta and mix it all together. |
6 |
Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese |
